Your quotation includes
Cleaning of the agreed area, setup, the pressure clean, rinsing and a reasonable tidy-up of the debris the work creates. Your quote confirms the exact surface and area included, and the price holds unless the job on the day is materially different from what you told us.
Not included
Re-sanding, surface repairs, sealing, specialist stain treatment and cleaning any area that isn't in the agreed quote. Extra areas are priced the same way, on size - just send a photo. Unusually heavy contamination can affect the quote, and we'll always talk it through before we start.
Prices are final - we're not VAT registered, so there's no VAT on top.
Thinking of doing it yourself?
You could. Most people only try it once.
There's no shame in hiring a jet washer for the weekend, plenty of people give it a go. The trouble is what a domestic washer does to the paving, and how fast it all comes back. Here's the honest version.
Doing it yourself
- A £100 hire washer, underpowered and streaky - you can see exactly where you stopped and started.
- Lean on it too hard in one spot and you strip the surface, scar the stone and blast the sand out of the joints, so the blocks work loose and the weeds come back worse.
- It rinses the tops but leaves the moss and weed roots down in the joints, so it's green again within weeks.
- A full weekend on your knees, soaked through, shifting cars and running out of hose - with dirt sprayed up the walls, windows and next door's car.
- Damage it, and putting it right is on you.

How much does it cost to clean a driveway?

Which areas do you cover?
We cover Surrey, South London, West Sussex, East Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire & Kent - Surrey based, and working across the wider South East.
Will pressure washing damage my paving?
We assess the surface and adjust the pressure and technique accordingly. Sound paving can normally be cleaned safely, but pressure cleaning can expose existing issues such as loose pointing, unstable blocks or previously damaged surfaces. We'll talk through anything we can see before we start.
Do you use chemicals?
No - we clean with water alone. It's safe for your plants, pets and children, and still lifts out years of moss and grime.
Do you need to visit to give a quote?
Usually not. A photo on WhatsApp is enough for a fixed price the same day. If you'd rather, we're happy to pop round for a free in-person quote too.
Do I need to be home?
Usually not. As long as we can get to the driveway or patio and there's an outside tap we can use, we'll crack on while you're at work. We send you the before-and-after photos when it's done, and you only pay once you're happy.
